Ever wonder what Eric would look like as a Lephrechaun?
Happy St. Patrick's Day!! For some reason, I felt especially festive this year and decided to take our celebration up a notch. Yep, I pulled out the big guns. Anyone can wear green - so I thought I would cook green today.
On the menu- Creamy Pesto Chicken Fettucine, Salad, and garlic bread sprinkled with green Parsley flakes.
And for Desert? Shamrock cookies and mint brownie ice cream. Yummm.
